Three steps, clear from the first conversation
Initial consultation
We start by understanding the needs, goals and challenges, and agree what success looks like before any work begins.
Proposal and agreement
A clear plan covering what will be done, over what timeline, at what cost. Nothing proceeds until you are comfortable.
Kickoff and planning
We set how we communicate, review the plan together, schedule check-ins and get the resources in place.
